Exchange or Return of Goods

Returns:

  • We accept returns within 7 days of the original purchase date.
  • Items must be in their original condition, unused, and with all tags and packaging intact.

 

 

Return Process:

  • You will receive a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and detailed instructions on how to return your item(s).
  • Pack the item(s) securely in the original packaging, if possible. Include all paperwork, parts, and accessories.
  • Affix the return shipping label provided to the package and ship it back to us.  

Refunds:

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days.
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
  • Please note that it may take an additional 5-10 business days for the refund to appear on your account, depending on your bank or credit card issuer.

Exchanges:

  • If you need to exchange an item for a different size, color, or a different product, please return the original item and place a new order.

Non-Returnable Items:

  • Certain items are not eligible for return, including:
    • Gift cards
    • Sale items marked as final sale
    • Personal care items (e.g., cosmetics, skincare products) if opened

Damaged or Defective Items:
